I have been a client of Hearing Healthcare Centre for a number of years and find them caring, efficient and totally professional, I thoroughly recommend them because nothing is too much trouble for them, when I have a problem I ring them and they try and fit me in as soon as possible and sort it out. You are also treated with respect and not like you are 'just another client'.

My 99 year old Dad has been coming to Hearing Healthcare in Cambridge for decades and regards all the people there as friends. Their greeting on each visit is so cheerful and positive that he feels welcome and reassured. During our recent visit he was fitted with new aids and Daniel went to great pains to adjust them for his maximum benefit and to explain clearly how to use them. The whole experience was made enjoyable and positive and the new aids have reconnected Dad with the community around him.
The appointment was easy to arrange. The location was easy to find & the care & attention offered to us today was faultless. The necessary time was taken to carry out the required tests & to discuss the results so that we understood our options. Given current Covid-19 requirements it was great not to feel pressured in any way & to feel safe through the whole experience. We'll certainly consider using the Hearing Health Centre again.
I was very impressed by Daniel's professionalism and care. He took enormous trouble to test my hearing. He took a holistic approach and worked out that my ear problems were in fact linked to other health problems I've been having. He wants me to sort these problems out before recommending a hearing aid. Other practitioners I've consulted just wanted to fit me with an aid without going into other health aspects. Cannot say enough in his praise.
Posting on behalf of my 86 year old father-in-law who attended his six month check up today. Whilst the audiologist was competent in carrying out the check up, they were unfamiliar with the room set up and computer having come from the Saffron Walden office. For my father-in-law this was frustrating as it took unnecessary time and detracted from the overall experience. This was both unexpected and disappointing as the previous service had been excellent.
Absolutely amazing service, Daniel Bainbridge was very thorough and took time in explaining everything in detail to my 82 Yr old father. Can not recommend highly enough.
Excellent service at my appointment. Made welcome and informed about the Covid restrictions. Test completed quickly and all questions answered with a very positive attitude.
Never ever have I received such an in depth consultation as I did today. I left feeling both elated but exhausted and in the knowledge that every option was offered to me to improve my hearing disability. Ten from ten
They genuinely care about your long term hearing health! Not just sales driven like many places I've been before. Very friendly and sympathetic staff, will be back soon!
