I was served despite the fact that the office was closing and I was the last in line. I had the feeling that they had plenty of time for me. Jonathan took great care in processing the parcel and provided excellent service. All the employees are very polite and helpful if you don't know something. Thank you for the great service.
I sent an item to the USA and Meshie attended to me, her customer service was top notch and she gave me options and helped make informed decisions about the services I needed. My visit was seamless and I didn’t have to wait for too long before it was my turn.

The people who work in this Post Office are always very helpful, often when the shop is very busy as well. I use the business counter and it's always a pleasant experience. Today I was served by Stella who was friendly, didn't rush me, and competent. It's the only post office I use in Leeds centre.
Excellent service when i was posting two parcel boxes stuff full of excess goods that i was carrying on a bicycle touring trip from Edinburgh to London. The post office was well equipped for me to buy the parcel boxes and adhesive tapes i needed. The counter staff Jackie was also very patient and helpful to offer me good advice on how to send these boxes and informed me of the forbidden items like a camping stove gas canister not to be included. It was a great experience and very smooth process. My bicycle was much lighter afterwards! Thank you Jackie and The Market post office Leeds for help.

Elaine served me today to send a lot of work documents via special delivery and she was lovely. Great customer service, very friendly and ensured i was able to tie up the various tracking references with all the different addresses i was sending documents to which greatly helps me when im updating my spreadsheet at work.
