My crown fell out after only 7 months. Reception clearly do not understand nhs policy and procedure due to recharging myself when the nhs website states no charges within 12 months if work is carrid out on the same tooth. I would expect this poor admin from a lesser practise and not Genix . I was warned but my dentist is amazing.

Haven't seen the dentist yet, but 1 star for the receptionists who book the wrong date, tell you that you must have booked the wrong date off work, then smirk and tell you to "come back when your appointment actually is".

Had an amazing experience the staff ever very helpful and I did not have to wait for too long.
The dentist was good and answered my questions, tooth feels much better.

Never seen on time, teeth have never been cleaned properly, and without fail they call and cancel my appointment only to send me a letter stating I've not been in then ask me to call and re book!!

I've had my teeth straightened with the 6 month smile program and tooth whitening to finish off the program of treatment. The staff and dentist have worked hard to provide a friendly highly professional service which I can't fault! I would highly recommend visiting Genix and get the smile you have always dreamed of!
