The lovely couple running this guest house couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make our short stay enjoyable. We were travelling with two very young children and they even supplied a bath chair so we could go with our normal bath and bedtime routine to help settle the kids. Would highly recommend them. S.G. Great value and comfortable modern rooms are just some of the fantastic features of Hayswell. The Fletchers were very considerate and welcoming hosts, who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome in Arbroath. A delicious and varied breakfast was cooked fresh in the morning for me, which was very welcome after a late night watching ballot papers being counted for Election 2010. Free WiFi, tea, coffee and shortbread in the rooms and my own television made my short stay thoroughly enjoyable. I will definitely look to stay there next time I am in Arbroath.
