I called last Monday to book a regular appointment with GP as they never take patients with cough as emergency. It took me 40 minutes to get through just to be told that they will contact me within 5 weeks when appointment is available .
Never ever tell somebody you know what they are going through when you can walk and aren't in pain when they got ms and need medication which you won't give I'm suing for negligence
Always great. Appointments for my daughter fast and doctors are always polite
My experience so far has been positive, admin had me registered within a couple of days, 2 ladies on reception have been kind and polite. I received a call to say my results are in 1 day after enquiring and have seen people and a Dr working there smiling. No practice is perfect but some are truly terrible which is why my family changed to this group.
Appalling service, Horrendous time schedules, Not understanding my schedules. I don’t understand why they open the Orchard Park Surgery Haxby Group if there is no staff in it? Dreadful communication skills even though all I did over there was talk and they didn’t attempt to even help. Its sickening how everybody keep asking me to go to private, even though I do not have the money for it nor do they attempt to help me without me paying extra money, its selfish they only talk to you for money and don’t even actually attempt or understand your problems. This is ridiculous how they ‘try’ to ‘help me’ but don’t even give me medications and I only speak to them they don’t even talk to me and they type on their keyboard as if their keyboard was their voice box speaking to me, I am disgusted and frustrated from their lack of actions.
