I had my travel vaccine done here and I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough! Haneen was incredibly accommodating, exceptionally helpful and genuinely kind. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions with patience and made me feel completely at ease. Her professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail were outstanding. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing such an excellent service—I will definitely be returning for any future needs!
First time here today and won’t be returning. Staff are unprofessional and not bothered about the customers. Staff yawning and being unprofessional in eye and ear shot of customers and patients. Was told i’d be waiting 5-10 minutes, over 30 minutes later I finally get my prescription and no apology. Pharmacist clearly over stretched. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere.
Lovely little GP surgery. Went to have some vaccination and the staff were lovely. Tracey who did my vaccination was delightful and really helpful. Loads of parking.
We will not be using this chemist again! Our doctor sent a prescription for my husband here. When it was collected there were 2 boxes of tablets each saying take one a day. My husband's name on the boxes had been covered over by a label, not sure why? Also when we read the leaflet in each box it stated that alcohol should be avoided whilst taking the tablets. This was not stated on the label by the chemist! Surely it should have been? After 2 tablets a day for 10 days we queried the dose at another chemist as the tablets were the same name and strength but obviously from different manufacturers. It turns out my husband should have only been taking one tablet a day not 2 so had taken double the dose for 10 days! We cannot understand why the dose was not explained when the tablets were collected! Or why the tablets were put into 2 boxes.
I tried for over a week and couldn't get on the link to cancel my appointment so someone has missed their vaccination. I,m going through cancer treatment and the dates available were not suitable. Please make it easier - thank you Appointment was at Pickering memorial Hall.
