I had an appointment for a yellow fever consultation, along with my husband. It was super easy to book an appointment on line. We were seen by Katie Irwin, who explained everything so clearly. She was fantastic. She outlined all the risks associated with the various vaccinations we could have and put us under no pressure at all. There was certainly no hard sell. She was personable and professional, and I could not recommend her highly enough.
Absolutely terrible service!! Never known such a difficult pharmacy!!!nRang with an ear infection at the weekend, couldn’t help me unless I paid for an additional service.nFast forward to the next day after spending hours in a&e I then have the prescription, but they don’t have the full amount of tablets, and ask me to come back another day to collect the rest. Today is that day , I’m on a 7 day anti biotic course and today I will run out of tablets, I’ve just rang them to tell them and asked them to release the prescription as they still don’t have the remaining amount of tablets for me. They said another sister pharmacy has the rest and a driver will be going to collect them and they will call me when they have them. I have absolutely zero faith in this happening and find it deeply concerning I’ve had to chase the remainder and they still didn’t have them.nI will be avoiding this pharmacy in future, not sure anyone knows what they’re doing there
I am very happy with my travel consultation that I had today, the lady was very knowledgeable and kind. So I will be coming back and I would recommend them highly!
Popped in to discuss my hay fever as was really struggling, provided great information, advice and guidance and came up with tailored solution. Day later already feeling benefit, highly recommended
I would like to compliment the young lady who served me this morning and later took a phone call. She had great face to face skills and sorted my request quickly
