Cannot fault this practice. I filled in their online appointment request form, doctor called me within the hour and I was in to see a very friendly GP an hour later, despite them being short staffed that day. So thankful as he diagnosed a severe infection & prescribed the right medication. Very professional attitude from all staff. Practice is clean throughout.
I am a relatively new patient and I have found nothing I to complain about how all. The receptionists have always been helpful and courteous I have been seen by Doctors in a very timely manner. Working in the National service is stressful so thank you to all of you for being so caring at Haxby
Nothing is perfect . But I can say this about the haxby group of partners and salaried doctors and receptionists . They are all GENTLEMAN and LADIES .nthey go out of there way to address your / my health concerns as promptly as possible. With the case load they must have I find that exceptional. If I didn't think this I would SAY and would not hold back . Thank you . Haxby is is and was a smart choice compared to other health center's across the region. Thank you again
Absolutely joke of a doctors surgery! I wouldn't even give this doctors 1 star, it's taken them 3 weeks to sign a document for my private medical care and I'm still waiting. I've told them I'm suicidal regarding my condition and they don't care at all! I've stressed to them every day I need this letter signing and I'm still waiting!
Went for a appointment with Dr Oluwatosin Romiluyi yesterday 28th March at 3.25 felt very at east as I always feel anxious going to doctors, he was very thorough, thoughtful and compassionate and listened which I think is the most important
