I don't often write reviews but I felt I needed to say a big thank you to the team at Haworths for sorting out my retirement planning. I had what I thought was very complicated works pensions, however Haworths made the process simple and understandable and they did this within a very short timescale. For myself someone who doesn't understand all the jargon and on my own, they made the whole process straightforward in plain English and reassured me about the decisions made - and for a very reasonable cost. I can now enjoy retirement without the worries I had before. Thank you. I would highly recommend Haworths for any financial advice. 5 stars *****

What a great team! through my working career I have built up pension funds with various employers along the way. I appointed them to look into each one of these on my behalf The information that came back was just mind boggling! I was presented with a concise report which gave me details of what I could expect at various retirement ages. No stone left unturned, and every option investigated, It was made easy for me to understand! Absolute pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them to anybody needing pension or investment advice!

Given my experience, I would strongly recommend NOT using this company. I had a pension fund of >£500,000 and I appointed them with a view to transferring to a private pension. In short the advice I was given was both not satisfactory and they sat on it too long, given I had 90 days to make the transfer. Due to this, they offered to pay for me to receive another TV, but with the BBR change it's likely that my TV will have gone down by several €'000's, so this goes no way towards compensating for the potential loss. Needless to say that I didn't take them up on the offer and advise anyone seeking advice on a final salary pension to look elsewhere.

I had many investments which I had taken out with my husband over the years, he had always dealt with matters and upon his passing I did not have a clue what I had or how anything worked. Haworth's were so helpful, they explained everything in plain English, I would highly recommend them.
