Simple Accounting and Laura Bolton have been looking after my accounts for nearly ten years now. I would highly recommend them. Great service; good price. They are always quick to respond and their turn-around times are astonishingly impressive. Laura, the owner, always makes you feel like a valued client and answers all my queries and emails as if I were her most important customer. I'm sure I'm not, as I'm only a small business. But it makes you feel valued nevertheless. Even though we have never had the opportunity or need  to meet in person, Laura still manages to provide excellent one-to one, friendly service. Over the years, they have kept up with technology and make it now even easier for everything to be done on-line. No more sending stuff through the mail , for me. I wouldn't ever consider changing accountants.

Simple accounting give excellent customer service. It has always been easy to get hold of Laura. She is friendly, polite and answers any questions I have straight away. I especially like the online set up - It's easy to view and approve my year end accounts. Its all in one place which makes it easier to review. I highly recommend this firm. I was not happy with the communication and the threats. Ms. Laura said she can’t make a tax return without a UTR number. In the end, I managed on my own and reported, and she told me on the last day that it had been resolved and did not want to agree on a joint solution, but threatened to prosecute me if I did not pay within 14 days. I am disappointed with such communication
