1st time ordering from Haven’s and very pleased with the service. I usually use John Lewis for all my home needs but seeing a better price at Haven’s decided to use them instead, despite not having being familiar with the company. They were very helpful after I accidentally missed items off after placing an order and updated it after a quick phone call. The little touch of a postcard in the received order added that personal touch. Now they are on my radar I’ll be using them again! :D

Ordered some plates and bowls from here online. Great communication including an email to let us know they would be a little delayed and to give us options if we wanted to proceed/ cancel etc. Products were well priced and arrived safely packaged. Would use again.
After shopping on line with Havens, last year, I used them again this year knowing that I would have a good experience. I ordered 2 Wedgwood mugs online and received them within about 3 days. Great product and great service. I'd not heard of Havens before making this order but I have now read up about them on their website and I think it's fantastic that a traditional business had the foresite to go 'online' and keep trading. I will definitely look to order again.
My fiancée and I contacted Havens about a set of bone china that was unavailable here in the USA. Nigel and his team were a pleasure to work with and assisted us with the entire process. Nigel ensured that our concerns were heard rather than simply trying to sell a product, as we planned to compare china patterns. We eventually ordered just one dessert plate to compare in person against heirloom sets from our family. Havens promptly shipped the plate, which we received within a week, even though it was an international shipment. The plate arrived in perfect condition, having been packed very well and carefully. Though we eventually chose a set already in the family, so we will not be ordering anything further, I would have no hesitations ordering from Havens in the future. Havens provided better service than we could have hoped for in our situation. We truly and sincerely appreciate their assistance, given that we did not know what to expect when we originally inquired about the china. Every aspect of this brief process was a great experience for us. It is a shame more businesses do not operate on the Havens model of service. It is so rare to find a business that truly listens to the customer in a effort to help the customer, but Havens does. Working with them was a refreshing experience.
What a good firm. Excellent range of stock, good product knowledge and speedy delivery. One of our items was out of stock but they kept us informed as to when we could expect delivery. So nice to get a personal service these days.
Ordered China for my mother for Christmas. Havens was the only place I could find more than one piece as her pattern has been discontinued. They were incredibly prompt in answering my questions, product took about a week to ship which they emailed me to let me know, but once it was shipped it was here in 2 days Canada. The customer service was wonderful, pricing was great, shipping was reasonable, and I didn't get hidden charges when I received my package, which often happens when I order from overseas. Highly recommend if you're shopping internationally
