I recently bought a new handset from here. I experienced a few teething problems - related largely to settings with my old work handset (so not Carphone issues). I dealt mainly with Andy - the branch manager - and he was excellent throughout the experience and managed to identify solutions to some difficult challenges. Beginning is a good place to bargain but we have to be honest to the end. There are things you can do to improve yours, such as for better service there is not the atmosphere that you are pretending to give your money there .. It should be loaded with more items Laptop type consumables .. should look complete with a product and some rauts are almost empty. For this city it may be the store with the most choice of electrical appliances. But everyone should visit it and see for yourself. I wish you a nice purchase.

Went in for a phone, was asked how much I was willing to pay just told her I wanted a phone about 80 to a 100 pounds was told to go to argos I come out she didn't want my custom when I told her how much I was willing to pay I was not going to pay 200 pounds for a pay as you go phone, bad customer service attitude needs some customer service skills

We were there this morning to buy a dishwasher. The fella who felt with our purchase was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would rate the service today at 10 out of 10.

Great showroom, vast amount of home appliances and electricals to view and help you make a decision. The staff are always uncomfortably forceful, and in some areas seem to not know exactly what they're selling. Making an informed decision based on your own research is your best bet
