Been using this place since 1994 - they have never failed me. Yes Supermarkets and highsteet stores do fancy dress bits. But it's all about that personal touch of a family run business. Products are top quality too and at good prices. Thank you so much for serving me over all these years. Every Boxing Day Fancy Dress and Halloween has come from you.

Recently spent a large amount in this shop on party items. Returned today to see whether we would be able to be refunding on some of the items. Once we got there we were informed of the fact that they don't do refunds, which is fair enough. But the two staff members who informed of this were so incredibly rude! If that's the policy then that's the policy but no need to become defensive when a customer asks a question. We have been customers for years and loved the shop, we have never before however had to talk to the staff, and we must admit the way we have been treated today has made us question returning.
