Nice pleasant staff. Good selection of ales, but was driving, so can't comment on the quality. Nice pub food choices from the menu at reasonable price. We had eaten all the food before I realized I could have taken a photo.
Absolutely fantastic! Paul and Lindy, the hosts are so friendly and welcoming. Mel the bar maid is a good laugh as the rest of the residents / locals. So happy this will be my second home for the next 6 months!!
An evening of fine ale and superb food! The ambiance was just right, warm fire and subtle music in the background with friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely will be visiting again on our next trip up to see our daughter. Can't wait!!!!
We booked for Sunday carvery and nothing disappointed us. Although there was a bit of confusion around our table the staff member Sam sorted it out very efficiently. The carvery itself was all very tasty and all piping hot. The price we thought was very reasonable. We will definitely be back and this is now our go to pub for meals out in the future. We are……the grumpy old man, the daft lady in shorts, lady in the big woolly jumper and the sensible car driver! :- We’ll done The Haven Inn.
Lovely little pub sadly was here for a funeral but we had have dinner here and a pudding and from what we had that day brought a smile back on our sad faces because it was all cooked well especially the beef very nicely cooked and the crumble was a perfect finish I did see some of the pub and the lay out was well cozy like been at home that sort of feel to the place I would recommend the place if you was near by or passing and thought we need something nice well this is that place that is just out of all our views but here's a honest time we had there hope you enjoy! And to the 2 lady's that day serving the hell out of about 100 150 people I thank you personally you did an amazing job and keeping your cool
Excellent place. 2nd visit with my family for a meal. Great food, reasonably priced & great service. Friendly & efficient staff. Will definitely return when next visiting Lincolnshire.
What a great place. Everyone is friendly and makes u feel welcome. Pop in for food as I was parked up at Old ferry wharf for the night. Fantastic people.
My partner and I visited here a couple of Saturdays ago we came in a bit late on the off chance for food absolutely lovely so accommodating the staff are lovely food amazing would definitely recommend xx
3 of us had fish & chips for lunch, lovely food, very attentive staff in a scenic location and reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.
Just returned from a night at the above with our motorhome. Never ever have we had such a warm welcome from all the staff and customers, so so curtious, made us feel very at home. As I am disabled, fetched my carvery made my husband sit down and eat his. Even got the dogs a dish of their own with meat and gravy, had water on tap and a dog bed to lay on. Absolutely wonderful, deserve an award .Thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you to all concerned
