Much better then the Chelmsford store, friendly and helpful and sorted out 2 new sofas, felt I was listened to and the guy went out of his way to make sure l was looked after and got what l wanted. Not pushy at all. Very happy.

Bad service, I had to cancel my order in the end because I waited for the sofa for 13 weeks to be delivered and even then they still couldn't deliver the sofa.
