AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
If you're unfortunate to have an item delayed then expect Furniture Village to become completely unhelpful. A late delivery will mean that Furniture Village believes it doesn't have to tell you when the new item will be delivered. If they do suggest a new daye then don't expect them to necessarily deliver at the alternative date. They will miss their new date without providing an explanation. Their dates will be inconveniently located during the working day, an estimated delivery time 9am-4pm. Do not dare point out that you have a job and so may not be able to make that time. They take as a refusal to accept their good. Any complaints to the head office or branch store will be ignored. Instead, they will stall like anything until the good is "ready" for delivery. If you have the belief that you would like a refund then expect some stalling and then their suggestion of a 25% cancellation fee. Ouch, no delivery of the item, stress and losing 25% of your original purchase price.
If Google offered the option then I'd rate Furniture Village 0.5 stars.

I Was verty plesdrd with Joseph Powell the sales consultant he was very nice abd gave us losds of information I wss very plessed with the service I would shop there again

Gary from this store is extremely rude. Ordered our bed 5 weeks ago - estimated 6 weeks so called just to see if it was still on track, he couldn't give me any info as it was not in my name so my husband called for more info. When he tried to give an order number Gary said "I am not near a computer" when my husband explained the situation he basically went on to say you will just have to wait.
This is no way to speak to customers who have spent the best part of 3.5k in your store. We weren’t asking for money off, just an explanation. I think he needs to be spoken to regarding his people skills as clearly, he has none.
I will not be purchasing anything else from this store simply due to the poor customer service I have experienced.
