A big shop but very quiet, not so many people inside which was perfect for me because I was with my baby to collect a package. I was disappointed that I ask a member of team to help me with the package to bring outside to the door but they give me a trolley instead, was good but with baby was difficult.
Extremely poor customer service, felt very unwelcomed and was intimidated by their staff for collecting a ps5. I went with friends to collect as we decided to take 1 car and they made me feel like some sort of criminal. They then loudly berated another staff member verging on abuse who was also Asian for serving us and then refunded my friend. I will be speaking to head office regarding this as their behaviour was disgraceful and I felt sorry for their staff member who was being shouted at by 3 other staff members. Disgusting behaviour.
Good service. Never a long queue and whatever we are looking for has always been in stock. They have issues with payment machines nearly every time I've been in this store! So much for technology. Thankfully they always have real staff manning cashiers desk. Returns have never been a hassle. I just wish they offer better quality products like in the past and I wish their procurement team actually test products they take on from suppliers as quality is the only reason I've given them 2 less stars. Also rubbish touch screens to check stock. Old technology was at least robust and quick. It's something higher management need to look into otherwise you will lose loyal customers to likes of bandq brands! Otherwise staff are great and store has always been clean. Some of us would pay more for better quality!
Easy once you work out the self pay machines. You can pay at a counter but there may be a queue. I've just bought something else there and a salesman came up and helped me as he could see I was struggling to find what I wanted. He was so helpful & polite I've decided to up the star rating.
Great staff. Went right out of their way to help me out with a laptop I wanted to return. I had lost the receipt and deleted the email and only had my bank statement as proof of purchase!!! They resolved the issue by giving me a voucher! Splendid customer service!
Great store easy for collection plenty of free parking they also do same day delivery for £3.95 booked my delivery online come nice and early dropped at the door due to covid seem to be following the procedures great job argos .
I wanted a world wide adapter 1st person was not helpful whatsoever but he did direct me to customet service and Danni was amazing. Danni not only found product I wanted, she found an even better product where she simple did an exchange and I paid more for, none of this was a bother for her. Thank you for my great shopping experience. Mrs P Murphy
Staff very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Store was dirty.
Whenever I've been here service has been quick, even when busy. I've needed to return a couple of items and had no trouble at all. Always parking available as well, which is handy.
Just bought a printer and was sold a second that had parts missing and ink taken out. Having to return again. I wonder why the staff dont check over what they are taking back and re selling!
