Fantastic car. Shame about the service received. We purchased a new Tiguan last Friday. We made an appointment for 1pm to pick the new car up. After waiting 30 minutes, we was finally seen. The car wasn't ready for a further hour after that, you could see the 4/5 people rushing to get it ready in the workshop. The car was then left out in the pouring rain, where me and my 3 month old daughter was left to stand while my partner was shown the controls. We was promised a fully prepped car when we arrived with a 'big blue bow' on and what we received was far from it. Not a pleasurable experience.

A massive thank you to Steve for fixing my tyre so promptly today so that a colleague and I could make a meeting some miles away. It's so wonderful to find such great service. Highly recommend.

I have been using this dealership for 2 years now and every experience I have had had been exactly the same. Simple put, very very good. They are professional and nothing is ever to much hassle. I realise they are there to make money, but the after sales experience makes you want to continue using them and spend more.

Went in for a test drive of a T-Roc. Sales person made no effort to explain the features of the car during the test drive, he totally switched off after I said I was looking at Contract Hire. All he seemed to care about was "making a deal today". Told him I wanted to go away and think about it, he promised to send a quote via email - I received nothing. Really unimpressed. I ended up buying a VW Tiguan on PCP from Lookers Northallerton. Totally different experience, would highly recommend making the trip to VW Northallerton instead, ask to speak to Chris Howarth.

Great experience, really friendly staff. The showroom is very clean and was greeted by the reception team who offered my a drink while I waited. I felt very relaxed and wasn't overwhelmed which I have felt previously in some other dealerships.
