Picked up my new A1 today; my second vehicle that I have had from Harrogate Audi.  Alex Hind sales  was helpful and answered all my questions there were lots!! and along with Lorna Hodgkiss finance who made sure I understood everything-they both ensured  that the handover went smoothly.  Great service and warm reception.

Made a quick visit to gain a little advice. I was so impressed I bought a new car. Totally different experience than usually found at car dealerships. I dread changing my car, but this was not just simple and straightforward, it was actually a fun and enjoyable experience. This is how purchasing a car should be. I collect my new car early next week and if this level of service continues this will be the start of a long relationship. 100%

I last week purchased a new A4 Avant. I dealt with Jonathan Harwood who was exceptional. whole process took only a few days from conversation to picking up the vehicle. Great service, great deal, perfect salesman. I cant recommend  the dealership or Jonathan enough.

Let me start off that I've always been a Peugeot customer, however after my son got his A3 from Jonathan Harwood at Harrogate Audi I started reconsidering my choices... Soon after we scheduled an appointment with Jonathan. I was looking for something to replace my 2008 GT - Jonathan instantly came up with some proposals. I couldn't decide between a Q2 S-Line and Black Edition. He was so patient with me - explained in detail all the differences and gave me some time to decide. At no point I felt any pressure. This was very different from my usual dealership. I ended up going for the Black Edition in Navara Blue. It looks unreal. Huge thanks, Jonathan!

My wife and I visited Harrogate Audi, as we were driving past after viewing a car elsewhere. We saw a vehicle we liked the look of. The receptionist, put us in contact with Henry, he was very helpful. Before test driving the car, we spoke with Tom Hough, to discuss a deal and Finance. On the test drive, Henry was knowledgeable about the car. The whole experience was great from start to finish. On the day of collection, Oliver Capaldi of the handover team was excellent, knew everything about the vehicle. The central systems were down at Audi, meaning we couldn’t set up the MYAUDI app on the day. Oliver set it up, 5 days later. Great service! Would definitely use Harrogate Audi again.

Collected my new RS5 Sportback Vorsprung on Saturday 24 October. Absolutely brilliant service from Richard Gilligan and the team. By far the best Audi dealership I’ve dealt with, and certainly worth the 600 mile round trip. Great experience, highly recommended, I’ll be back!

Well my first time at Harrogate Audi, I have for the last 7 years only used the Huddersfield branch, which was always 5 stars for me. Audi must have a great human resources department because the staff at Harrogate actually based in Knaresborough are just ten out of ten. I was greeted on arrival by a gentleman armed with an umbrella to save me from a soaking, it was raining cats and dogs. Once inside I was offered a coffee straight away, then I was introduced to a lovely young lady called Lexi, she talked me through the process of having my 1 year Q5 service. She was just excellent, as all the staff were, efficient, friendly and certainly customer service focused. A lovely experience. Well done Audi Harrogate. Colin R.Penrose

Great no pressure Service Experience at Harrogate Sytner Audi. Connor Russell on the service desk at Harrogate last Saturday was brilliant and really impressed me. He kept my updated on the progress of the service of my wife’s car, supplied me with lots of coffee and biscuits and I saw/heard him doing basically everything that morning in the dealership from his many service phone calls, to meeter and greater and had time to show me that a mileage problem we had had with Bristol Audi had finally been sorted out on the service computer, nothing was too much trouble, a great service experience!

Highly recommended dealership. From initial enquires through to collection. The service was impeccable. Fully kept up to date with order progress. Oliver was an exceptional sales representative for the dealership and went above and beyond on the service provided. I can not praise the whole team for a superb experience and will be using them again when the time comes to swap. Well done Audi team  John Antingham
