Amazing service from the whole team today. Busy but still took the time to answer all my queries. Very helpful with all the calls before hand. I now have a dealership I will use for the life of my Honda. If you are within 40 miles it's worth the trip.

Small site. Used cars are very old. Sales folk not pushy which is good but service dept has a very bad reputation which is still apparent. Make sure you mark car parts with paint etc. they say they will change as they charge Honda warranty for parts which are never fitted. Cute little game I am wise to.

Got my car booked in for a gearbox oil change and I thought that it would be something simple where nothing could really go wrong. I guess not. Got the car home thinking that it's all good so I just went about my normal day. As the day went on the gearbox started rattling and whining more and more. I thought that this was weird so I parked it up for the night. Woke up this morning to find there is gearbox oil all over my undertray and dripping onto the pavement where I park. All because the Drain Plug was not tightened or forgot to replace it as it was missing. Therefore, the car had to be recovered to Harratts Honda this afternoon as it is not in a driveable state. If something as small as putting a drain plug back in to the gearbox can go wrong, what would happen if they were given a harder task?! I would not recommend sending your car to this dealership.
