We went there for an xray for my daughter who is one and they checked us in in the Reception and gave us blue card. However, after waiting for nearly 2 hours we were told that they don't take xrays for kids under 5 and we were asked to go queens instead. Which again made us to travel and start waiting from the scratch for more than 3 hours !! You would think the staff should know simple things like this before booking but unfortunately they don't. Please check couple of times with different staffs before starting to wait.
Waited 4 hours to be seen for 2 minutes by a doctor to prescribe antibiotics to my son for a chest infection. Not many people in front of us, yet when a patient was seen and left the doctor would wait 40 minutes before calling the next patient. Bizarre. The receptionist "couldn't say" where in the qué we were at this point we were next... Absolute waste of tax payers money, for the premises, staff, and doctors
Terrible place. Waited today with my baby for over 3 hours without being seen. 111 told me to go to this place "for an appointment at 4pm". No appointments as it's a walk in centre! After 3 hours I went to receptionist to ask how much longer and told my baby was at the bottom of their list and he would be seen some time before they closed at 10pm. Insane. How can a baby sit there for 6 hours?
My experience was good. I came in on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 pm. Registered and waited for about 45 mins to be seen by a doctor, then waited another 15 mins to get the prescriptions. The staff were friendly, the doctor was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable and explained well what I might have. Lots of parking available, overall a good clinic.
I wish i could give zero stars, this clinic is a disgrace to the NHS, it was very well staffed at the counter with 4 members of staff, all of which have zero patient care, in a nutshell i was told to take my child there by 111 only to be told at 6.30pm that i shouldnt have come and 111 were in the wrong. My child is very ill. This clinic blames 111, and 111 blames clinc, to be honest I dont care who is at fault. My child is sooo ill thanks to lack of care fron the NHS clinic, a complete disgrace and they should all be ashamed of themselves. But they dont care....
The staff we see was fine, behind the scene must be a different matter, waited 5-51/2 hrs before even being seen, blood pressure taken, assessed to be told doctor would be anothwe 2 hrs, by this time my partners hand was pass stitching, come on nhs get Yr act together
Been in the poly clinic since 11.30 this morning, my partner being sick for 4 days or more. Thought the man we saw was a doctor, no doctor wrote her quota of prescriptions for today, gine home, my parterbeen poorly, been sick for 4 days. Won't be returning. No organisation, go to King Georges in the future, blame the government, not good enough NHS staff its Disgusting!! and unorganised they are why did they not say beforehand hand,???
Surgery due to open at 8, it opened at 8.20 on Saturday 15/10 and at 8.10 it is yet to open on Sunday. Sick people, coughing children waiting in the cold outside and no one cares or explains. Is there any accountability left in the NHS.
This place is not worthy of a star and it’s a Complete waste of time! Please please don’t waste your time coming here, go to a&e instead. This place gives the nhs a bad name. Reception staff are rude and clueless and it looks like no one wants to be there, let alone help anyone. I waited with my 3 yr old for 2.5 hours and was told only 4 people before me which didn’t change for 2 hours. I had to discharge myself in the end as I would of been waiting all night. What terrible service
I felt like l was treated poorly because the surgeon who saw me first brought to the room some ladies. This would not be a problem were it not for the fact that l am a man and my problems were in the groin area. The ladies in question had absolutely no input or involvement in the conversation either, they just nodded the entire consultation. We then planned that l be seen for surgery as soon as possible, it turned out l had to wait 5 months and they scheduled me to another hospital where l had to travel two hours to get to, instead of the clinic where l agreed with the doctor. Also, the doctor who actually performed the surgery was not the same, which gave me the impression that the original surgeon passed me out on account of being a foreigner, to a hospital in the middle of nowhere, when he knew very well l live in London.
