Everytime I go in there the security guard follows me around and makes me feel like a criminal.

The boots pharmacy is awful and untrustworthy. They repeatedly told me conflicting information - they would say my prescription was ready, I would go to collect and be told it wasn't ready and I didn't request a repeat. they would also say i'm not on their system as set up for repeat prescription. they did this a number of times. Extremely poor service.

Great store. Couldn't ask for better. Smells in the store though. For years. Like drains smell. Makes you not want hang around
