Is my nominated farmacie for over 3 years but is my first time that one of the staff member was very unprofessional as I went to collect my prescription and some contraceptions ….. she gave me my medicine from the prescription as I am paying for my medicines but for my contraception she said that hasn’t got time and to come back another day as they are free. Very unhelpful and unprofessional farmacist , I am in the process to change now my nominated farmacie after this bad experience.

Just handy for collecting medication, shop is fairly sparse.

The staff here are very customer focused, nothing seems too much trouble from explaining something to also coming from behind the counter to find products you haven't been able to see including the pharmacy staff. It's a little out of my way and is on the small side serving mainly as a pharmacy but worth a visit if your in the area or passing by and in need of a pharmacy.

I called in to boots  at Petersfield Ave Harold Hill last night to pick up a prescription, I rarely visit these days as they take care of all my medication and deliver it to me once a month.nSo it was good to call in and catch up with the staff, I was served by Sharon who was very helpful as always, she asked how I was and if my medication was getting to me on time, if the driver gives me enough time to get to the door, very sincere and caring.nTHE BEST CHEMIST AROUND!
