Level of customer service is variable. There is one member of staff who is particularly unfriendly, and will practically roll her eyes should you ask her for some help, it all seems to be a bit too much trouble for her. This is reflected in the rather haphazard appearance of the shop, you're not entirely convinced their hearts are in it. And you'd be forgiven for thinking that this is 2022 and not 1975, but they do close between 1 and 2 pm on week days. Which could be acceptable if you're retired or off sick, but should you be fortunate enough to be working a full time job with an hour for lunch, there's a good chance you'll be out of luck here. If you're reading this and are able, I would recommend going to Boots in Collier Row and give them your business instead.

I went into the chemist today I asked for eye drops, not realising he gave me ear drops which I specifically asked for eye drops because my eyes were itching . I put the ear drops in my eye which obviously stung when I went back in there he was so rude . Then had the audacity to tell me they had the same solution, I can’t believe it eye and ears are two different organs, I’m appalled that this man is clearly not trained to sell the correct medication. I will take this further
