My child wasn’t feeling very well and happened to throw up a little in the cab, driver immediately started shouting and swearing at us, completely unacceptable! Was charged double the fare for soiling the cab which is fair. But no need for the language. Won’t be using their services again.
Terrible service- would never use again. Called and given an estimated time of 25 minutes and never heard back. Called back to see what was happening and I was told they would call me back. No call back and ignoring my calls. Awful service which made me miss 3 trains.
Friendly drivers. Same price as a car cab but lots more room inside. Worked very hard non-stop over the Christmas period. Our driver was dressed up being festive and fun for Christmas which myself and my daughter loved. They even jumped out and helped us in with our shopping and out the other end. Excellent service.
Dave is an Absolute legend. Car broke down in harlow and got us safely home to Halstead. Life saver.
absolutely horrid customer service, cancelled an already confirmed cab 30 minutes before the agreed on time which left my highly disabled employer stranded. When I told them this they had absolutely no sympathy and did not care an ounce that now he was unable to get home because they cancelled the call
Always reliable, prompt and helpful. Highly recommended paying a little extra for the peace of mind.
Great service today on both my journeys. I was traveling with my daughter in a buggy and my elderly grandmother, both of the drivers were super helpful and patient.
