This store is 5* with service to match! I have used the store a handful of times now but my recent visit has confirmed that I will be back many more times to come! A few weeks ago I was able to pre order a selection on balloons for my sons birthday party which they were then happy to deliver at a very low cost this weekend. Before the delivery I was able to amend and add to my order with a 'no problem' attitude from the staff. They couldnt have been more attentive or helpful at each contact and have great knowledge of all their products. I was also able to pick up some great party supplies from them too, all at reasonable prices. Great service from friendly staff with a wide selection of quality goods! Thank you! I'll be back soon for my next birthday! :)

Came in here looking for a doctor's outfit. They have quite a large and varied selection of prey much any fancy dress outfit that you could possibly need. They need to get up to date with what monies are acceptable and legal however. My partner and I live in Northern Ireland and they wouldn't take STERLING POUNDS. A lot of places in England are confused about Northern Irish money to be honest, but upon inspection and a bit of homework, find that it is LEGAL TENDER. They did a bit of investigation on Google and took the 1st bit of advice that they found... Which was from a website from 15 YEARS AGO, 2003!!!! Which claimed that Northern Irish money is not legal tender... Back then it wasn't, since then it has been through the Houses of Parliament and is LEGAL in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. IT IS NOT IRISH MONEY! Irish money is euros and is not legal tender in England, NORTHERN IRISH MONEY IS POUNDS STERLING AND IS LEGAL AND PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE. Of course, any shop is well within their rights not to serve a customer and do not have to give a reason HOWEVER, a really difficult customer with Northern Irish STERLING POUNDS, could have gone to the police about a shop not accepting Northern Irish pounds and the shop would've been forced to take them... It's a good job my partner and I are not difficult customers then

Wrong information given on the phone, waste of a journey to the store to seek out appropriate fancy dress - felt as if miss information given just to get me there. Unhelpful & dismissive staff - won’t be going back!
