South Coast Boiler Services Ltd carry out lots of gas safety checks and servicing, installations and maintenance for Harker and Bullman as well as other local estate agents. We can honestly say that they are one of the best agents around. Speaking with tenants, they are always keen to praise them for their service and on a personal level we find them to be very professional and organised. If tenants have issues they are always quick to get someone out and get back to the landlord with a quote etc. Overall an excellent and knowledgable company and we would highly recommend them.

This is a little belated but our thanks are no less sincere, for the support we have received over the years with the rental of our property, eg. finding tenants, preparation of  Agreements, reminders  and general advice and support.  Your service has been both professional and greatly valued.

I have dealt with Harker and Bullman for the last year and found all the staff with out exception to be friendly and helpful.
They really care about their clients and every tenant I meet feels the same!
Reputations as good as theirs and hard to achieve and don't come over night so well done to you all
