It has been a pleasure dealing with the team in Wimborne; from working with our tenants and bringing local and remote buyers to the party, through to negotiating the final price and managing the sale, things have gone well. We recently bought a house through Christopher Batten Wimborne and were incredibly happy with the service they provided. Christopher Batten recently sold my late father's property which I was selling as executor. From my very first interaction with them they were excellent. Professional, approachable and efficient. I was particularly impressed with how they kept me up to date on the marketing and subsequent sale, as well as the fact that all staff members who I came into contact had the same friendly manner and were always happy to help. Needless to say i would recommend the firm with reservation.
Very Disappointed having made an Offer on a Wimborne Property last Thursday , Received a Call that Evening to say the Vendor needed to discuss the Offer overnight with her Family, But since then Have had no communication from Christopher Batten at ALL as yet , PM Following MONDAY . Surely in this day and age it's Just Curtesy to keep a prospective purchaser Informed
