Worst customer service I've ever encountered.
In the chichester store.
Said they'd lost my number and also must of sent an email to the wrong met company.
When I had a fault item.
But I managed to find the helmet company and I don't run a shop.
They are only interested in getting a sale. They are not interested in helping you if anything goes wrong and they all stick together your better off at halfords and they are cheaper.
Every time I go in there they are all young boys huddled together laughing and having a jolly up.

Worst customer service. You are lucky if everything is fine with the bike. In other case, it will be very tough. It is the company who operates with cowboyish attitude. They will refuse any reasonable demands.
If you want to save your time, deal with more reputable companies.

Staff were really helpful and the store has pretty much everything cycling related. Would recommend.

Problems with my SRAM front derailier - the guys in the shop were really helpful - knew SRAM inside out and fixed the problem on the spot for me!  Great place, will use again!
