This was my second visit to the store, after originally coming in a few months ago to buy my first adult bike. I walked in knowing very little, but left feeling genuinely confident and excited about cycling, all thanks to the fantastic help I received from Joss. He listened attentively to my needs, explained the options with patience and warmth, and guided me towards a bike I absolutely love.nI returned today with a few minor maintenance concerns and was delighted to once again be helped by Joss. He has a wonderful way of putting you at ease, answering every question without ever making you feel silly, and giving clear, reassuring advice. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and a real credit to the team - a truly delightful young man who deserves recognition for the brilliant service he provides.
My own personal experience was shocking! If I could give it nil point i would have. Took nearly 2 hours to fit a bulb, and at one point 3 guys! Seriously shocking!
Went there yesterday afternoon for some new wiper blades for my car, also wanted them fitted. Met a very helpful young man in the wiper section of the shop, he was very friendly and super helpful, he checked we had the right replacement wipers, and then fitted them for us. Thank you Ethan you were exceptional with your 5star customer care today, also the guy on the till was also extremely helpful. Thank you Halfords Chichester….. had a good drive home without squeaky wipers
Frazer and team truly went above and beyond. We had ordered a bike for my girls birthday online, but when she unwrapped it and sat on it, it was far too big. We took it into store and Frazer worked hard to ensure another bike was built before she had finished school to avoid disappointment. She was thrilled. Thank you so much. I just wanted to say how much it was appreciated. Merry Xmas to you all.
Super reception and advice from a very friendly team on visiting on Wednesday Feb 11th. It makes a world of difference to be greeted in such a positive manner. All praise to the young men on the front desk and out in the rain attending to people's cars, mine included, for new windscreen wipers... who'da thunkit!?
