I visited recently to explore e-mtb options. I knew which motor system I wanted but I’m a novice when it comes to the detailed specs of frame sizes, derailleur systems, sprung forks and dropper posts etc. Jason spent ages with me, discussing the many models in stock or on order, and helped me narrow my choice down to a couple of hardtail and full suspension models. I went away to reflect on these and review their detailed specs on the website with the benefit of my newly-gained knowledge. I returned the next day, tested and bought a Trek Powerfly hardtail, to which I needed to add lights, mudguards and water bottle holder for the types of rides I’ll be doing. Jason was exceptionally knowledgable and patient throughout the process, and could not have been more professional and helpful. I spent 50% more than the original budget I had in mind!. The supply situation for ebikes is difficult right now, as for many other products, so finding the bike you want in the right size and colour is a real challenge. This store had a good stock of many brands and is really well worth considering. Scarce supply means there are no deals to be done on price, but they do give a loyalty bonus equivalent to 5% of your spend. This more than paid for the accessories I needed, with a good sum left over that will pay for a service or parts when needed. Overall it was a great customer experience, with excellent service by Jason. I highly recommend this place.
Fantastic service from very knowledgeable staff. Tom sorted my bike repair after an accident and it reminded me why we first purchased our bikes from here. No overselling just good honest service. Have no hesitation in recommending

The eBike Centre in Birdham have been absolutely amazing and I can’t rate them highly enough. Tom, I’m the servicing team, has always gone above and beyond when it comes to looking after his customers. The team are quick, reliable and will carry out an on the spot repair if they have the time and capacity so you can get back to cycling ASAP. Thanks Tom for all your support and help.
Outstanding service. Purchased two bikes from e bike. The staff are so knowledgable and helpful. Our bikes were prepared for us and when delivered the driver took time to go through all the features on the bikes. We are really pleased we bought local rather than on line, good old fashioned proper service by these staff at the shop.
Well I cannot speak highly enough of Steve and his team , first class service and extremely knowledgeable..I wanted an electric mountain bike and Steve was very patient with test rides on several bikes .. absolutely over the moon with my purchase ,10 / 10 ..
Really straightforward purchase, something of a challenge in covid times. The guys were easy to get hold of on phone or email and answer all the questions I had about the bike. Ordering was easy and 2 days later the bike was delivered to my door on the Isle of Wight at no charge. This is my first e bike but it was clear to me the bike had been built properly. Looking forward to getting out on the new bike, highly recommend these guys.
I went originally last July to look at a Gazelle bike, but John expertly took time to understand what I was after and how I'd be using the bike and steered me towards a Specialized Como, which is and has been absolutely amazing and spot on for me. The post sales has been just as exceptional with Josh, Tom and team maintaining the bike brilliantly, and making recommendations and providing advice as I've needed it. Nothing is too much trouble, and we now also take my partner's Oxygen bike there too for maintenance, despite it not originally being bought from them. Highly recommended.
Extremely helpful and competent enterprise. Although they were very busy at the time, they didn't rush us and were very sympathetic to our needs. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. They are not just interested in making sales, they love bikes and you can't help but be stimulated. We are thrilled. Thank you Steve sales and Tom service department.
