Much easier to use this retail park than attempting to go further into Kings Lynn. Has pretty much every thing you'd need to complete you grocery shopping, garden centres, gift shops and or food retailers. 

Definitely our 'go to' place when we need to get something. 

That being said I do agree at peak times the car parking system can get a little overwhelmed and it can take a little while to exit the park. There have been improvements recently to try and alleviate the situation.

If you are going to shop in the kings lynn area this is the place to do it. Plenty of free parking and lots of every day shops. Very convenient
