Ordered two florescent lights for our kitchen and breakfast room, both arrived promptly and they looked extremely smart. I fitted the breakfast room light first as it was smaller and easy to handle. No problem and wow the light it produced was just what we wanted. Next came the fitment of the larger light in the kitchen. it all fitted well but when switched on one tube failed to light and the other lasted around 10 seconds before it went out. I contacted Haysoms via email regarding the issue on the Sunday and Amie (customer Service Administrator) got back to me the next day offering a replacement. This arrived within 2 days and I have just fitted it and it works fine. What a company I recommend any one to use them, first class service and first class customer service. Well done Haysoms.

I recently bought a "touch operated" table lamp via their Amazon web store. It was a lovely design and worked really well. Unfortunately, it stopped working after about 6 months, but Haysom went out of their way to help me out. Kayleigh was an absolute pleasure to deal with and they provided me with a replacement for the faulty item. I could not be happier with the customer service I have received from this company. Highly recommended!
