First Class service from start to finish. I visited the shop to explain that my husband wanted to buy a special birthday present for myself, i.e. single stone sapphire earrings, we wanted to be able to choose the right colour pair of matched stones. Anastasia sent for four sets of different size and colour sapphires, she phoned us to say they were in, and we were able to choose the exact ones that met our expectations and we also chose the setting we required. All the staff were brilliant and very helpful there, we were allowed to take as long as we wanted to choose, and they provided a very customer focused service. The end results are spectacular. Well done Anastasia and team.
Had a silver ring simply resized. Couldn't even manage a simple job as the ring has broken twice since then. The first time they fixed for free but has only taken it 2 months to break again. Went to this business because I thought that a traditional family run business would offer better quality and service then big brands, but in fact what my experienced has proved is to why business like arcade jewellers don't survive. Would only recommend going here if you want a bad job done. Pictured below is their idea of a 'fix'.
Excellent customer service and fantastic selection of jewellery. I visited the jewellers today to get a new watch battery for my husband's watch. I mentioned that I needed my rings cleaned and the gentleman offered to clean my rings free of charge. I was amazed at such a level of service and my rings are now sparkling again! Thank you Arcade Jewellers!

Just purchased a watch from there, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They have a really good knowledge of their stock and are happy to spend the time and talk through things to make sure you get what you need!
Always my go to watch shop in Bournemouth. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and they always seem to have the best prices for watch repairs. 100% recommend!

I had my 5-stone engagement ring resized here whilst I was over from Australia at Christmas. From the outset the owner spoke in a condensing manor. When collecting the ring, it felt slightly larger than the size we agreed on, however the woman reassured me that this is the correct size and that my fingers will swell in the Australian heat, so to keep this size. To their credit they did also clean the ring, which I was not expecting. Less than a month later, one of the diamonds fell out from the claw and I have taken it to a local jeweller to replace this. When they inspected the ring, I was told that the ring had been resized incorrectly, causing the claws to move. Also turns out that the ring had been resized to half a size bigger than I had asked. I have now had to pay a considerable sum of money to replace the lost diamond, realign the claws and resize the ring due to their error. I am wholly unimpressed at this service.
Very nice and professional experience I had here. They very kindly and professionally fixed my watch and since it was a 1 minute quick fix they didn’t even charged me I did try to insist but they didn’t want anything! Thank you!!
