I’ve used these guys for years and had moved over after previous bad experiences with another company. When they have the item in stock I receive anything I order super fast. I’m still waiting on things that I pre ordered but that’s a supplier issue as opposed to being a them issue. It’s frustrating for the customer of course, but the company shouldn’t be held to blame for supplier problems. I will continue to trust and use these guys, and have personally never had a problem with refunds, transferring of credit or not receiving items that they have in stock. I have to give them a nudge sometimes with messaging me back but it’s not really a hardship when I know how busy they are. I’ve attached a photo of my order that arrived yesterday :
Preordered an item in January. Contacted the company in April to ask where it was and was told I’d get it when it arrived in store. I waited til September and contacted them again to be told it had been sent, they’d send another and then I was told I’d receive a refund. No refund was made! My messages were ignored so I commented on public posts on the business page-I had a refund by bank transfer the next day! There is a support group on social media for people who have lost hundred to this company and are having to go to small claims court! Do not buy from this company!
Have been trying to contact online for over 4mths and by phone for at least 2 and had no reply. There was an issue with Enesco earlier this year whereby orders were unable to be fulfilled. I have several orders fully paid for that I've not received items for yet and had enquired as to whether I had any credit owing to me and the estimated date of delivery for my paid orders. I didn't want to spend more when goods were still owing. Each time I phoned I was told Dan wasn't there and Nicky hadn't been in for some time, not very reassuring when I'm owed hundreds of pounds worth of products. I left my phone number to be called back but to no avail. I then purchased a piece directly from the website and was quite surprised to see that turn up in all honesty. I'd just appreciate my issue being dealt with as the owed items should have been received months ago and were supposed to be Xmas gifts. Very disappointed
Ordered some Games Workshop models on the 12/10/22, waited two weeks for dispatch info to be updated. still no items as of writing despite the order showing as dispatched. a further two weeks have passed. messaged via Facebook for a generic 'this is an issue with the supplier'.. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase any GW models here, stick to the bigger third party sellers where you do at least get some communication. Glad I paid on credit card, chargeback will be happening this week
Would rate 0 If possible. Have used them in the past for figurines and everything was great. They’ve had undisclosed issues and since are not replying to messages or refunding nearly £150 of preorders which they’ve publicly said are not fulfillable. They’re holding on to a lot of peoples money and not resolving anyones issues. If you go into the store physically to buy stuff, fine but PLEASE do NOT trust them to buy online. Give. Me. My. Money.
**EDIT - I have again asked for a refund, and have now been blocked from all their social media after threatening them with legal action. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY** I’d love to know why it’s taken over 6 months to receive a refund from an item I pre-ordered over a year ago and have never received??? I’ve been told by this company that it’s still processing but PayPal have said it’s definitely bounced and the refund has failed, yet I’m still being lied too. I don’t appreciate having to chase my rightfully owed money, and certainly don’t appreciate being lied too. I’ve been more than patient with this company after they’ve had issues with their supplier but they currently owe thousands in refunds and they don’t seem to be paying anyone back without a putting up a fight first. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from Roses of Bournemouth / Fairytale Collectables.
Really bad customer service, they try and say they can’t see messages! Read them and just ignore! Still awaiting reply on item missing from my order thankfully wasn’t too dear as well as waiting response to money still owed from preorders! My mum also has a lot still outstanding from preorders with them! I was unaware how many people they have treated in this manner until reading through reviews! Surely this cannot continue
If I could give zero stars I would. He still owes me for an outstanding order from last year. After being fobbed off many times I finally asked for a refund. Ha yep you guessed it, I was ignored over and over again. I’ve now been told not comment on his posts. Terrible company. Do not recommend at all
I had my rings sized up and I am really pleased with them. They even managed to size up my eternity ring. I had to chase them for an initial quote but they did a very good job and it was done in really good time. Very pleased, thank you.
Appaling , ordered over a year ago and kept in touch with them over that time, 6 weeks ago Nicky said I would get a full refund as items weren’t available, now their not answering my msg, emails or phone calls and no refund. Would love to speak to someone but feels like their avoiding me
