Was told on checkout that the order total including delivery was £8.60 but I was charged £10 when my food was delivered. The menu also said that all burgers come with salad and sauce, but I was not given either. The food was also a little cold, although still edible. When I called to complain, I was given an apology but no refund or replacement order, then I was hung up on before my issues were resolved.
Order online for collection which was in an hour's time. So they are busy as popular. When I turned up had to wait another 10mins as food had not been prepared. Both got different kebabs and everything seemed fine but I've had better. Not worth the wait
