Order online for collection which was in an hour's time. So they are busy as popular. When I turned up had to wait another 10mins as food had not been prepared. Both got different kebabs and everything seemed fine but I've had better. Not worth the wait

Was told on checkout that the order total (including delivery) was £8.60 but I was charged £10 when my food was delivered. The menu also said that all burgers come with salad and sauce, but I was not given either. The food was also a little cold, although still edible. When I called to complain, I was given an apology but no refund or replacement order, then I was hung up on before my issues were resolved.
