It is the most appalling system for making appointments. How are elderly people are expected to deal with this crazy system. My mother is 92 and is quite capable and able to sort out her appointments but the system for podiatry appointments and basic clinic appointments for wound dressings is impossible. People need to  be able to speak directly to a person who can make the appointments at the chosen clinic, in my mums case Hants Lane. Having taken mum there several times for podiatry appointments I can see no reason why the people on the desk can't tale calls and make appointments. I also understand that doctors practices are also facing the same problems. Please sort out this system urgently

Restored my faith in the NHS. Receptionist went out of his way to ensure I was seen promptly when I arrived an hour early by mistake. Healthcare professional was friendly and provided expert advice and help . Thank you.

The older male receptionist has a terrible manner and shouldn’t be serving people. I don’t accept your response that this comment is none  specific. He was there today, 20/10/20. Work it out
