Visited for the first time today and was very happy with our experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was lovely. Can't wait for our next visit.

There are so many places to eat in this area but we settled on Handmade Burger. We went at a slightly odd time somewhere between lunch and dinner so it was quiet. Staff were nice and friendly and explained about the ordering process. With the food and drinks ordered we waited an ok length of time. The food arrived and on the whole it was ok. Some disappointment over the handful chips though which were not hot a d were somewhat soggy but they were not a number of nice long chips but we're lots if small bits of chips. The rest of the food and drinks were fine. Prices for 3 about average but next time we will likely look around before we go again.

Friendly vibe and burgers that hit the spot, served with a smile. Cold beer and some sweet tunes. What is not to like?

Really disappointed with my visit here. This place seems to have gone downhill a bit. Walked in and there was a distinct smell of raw meat like a butchers shop! Glass was dirty and table sticky. Coleslaw could do with more seasoning. Burger was good but could have done with being rested longer. Also they have added a few more things on to the menu but unfortunately were not available during my visit. You can do better HBC, just need to put more love into it.

Good value kids meal: burger, side (tomato & cucumber, chips or onion rings) drink and ice cream for £3.95. Do an evening special after 5pm - £9.95 classic burger, fries and fruity fizz refillable. Now table service and pretty quick too. Had to check allergy information for my son and nothing too​ much trouble. Give it a go!
