My girlfriend and I decided to try Byron's for lunch, and we went in with decently high expectations. We were greeted immediately, and given a table by the window. I decided to go with the Bryon burger because that, in theory, should've been their best burger. My girlfriend ordered The Cheese. Along with that, we ordered 2 milkshakes: one salted caramel for me, and a chocolate one for her. 5 minutes after putting in our order, we were informed that they had run out of salted caramel, and I chose chocolate instead. It wouldn't have been such an issue if they didn't forget about my milkshake. My girlfriend received her milkshake with mine nowhere in sight. We also received the burgers, and....they were ok. Really nothing too exciting, it tasted like an average, below average burger. I had to ask for my milkshake again, and they finally brought it after I was finished with my meal. The milkshakes were very thick, and quite large, which was probably the only positive of the experience at Byron's. Staff seemed a bit distracted, which was odd seeing how there were probably 7 customers in the whole restaurant. I personally will not be returning to Byron's, but I encourage everyone to try it at least once....or not...

Were not even acknowledged when we came into the restaurant. Sat at the table for over 10m without someone as much as saying hello, much less bringing us a menu. When we, fed up, got up and left, one of the waiters actually said "Bye guys. Thank you". Great experience all around Byron...

Burger tasted alright, very pricy.... Also pricing was not clear on the deals they run, and ended up with a larger bill than first thought.

Had a chilli burger and sweet potato chips...loved it the burger was cooked to perfection and the staff were nice and bubbly 🍔
