Unbelievable service! Dropped my wife’s engagement ring for a deep clean and polish, and it was ready to collect within the hour. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely delighted with this jeweller. My bangle, which was my silver wedding present has been broken for years. I tried many jewellers to try to get it fixed. 2 attempted it and it broke again. Many others just said they couldn't do it. I don't live in the area but my sister suggested trying here, and they have done an amazing job for a very reasonable price. So pleased to have it back and be able to wear it. Well done on an excellent job.
Cannot recommend this place enough. We visited a well known franchise to get my partners watch battery changed and was quoted £85.00! Safe to say we almost dropped! We were also told that the watch would be sent away for weeks. We then heard about Hamilton Goldsmiths and visited and was greeted by Tracey who could not be more professional and helpful. She fitted my partners watch within 20 mins for not even a fraction of the price we were quoted! We are so grateful to her and woild highly recommend this shop and Traceys professional services to anyone instead of your big franchises! Thank you again Tracey we are so grateful and we will definetley be back with more business for you!
Tracey is such a lovely, helpful lady. I took some jewellery in to be valued and Tracey couldn't have been more helpful. Her knowledge of the jewellery items was amazing!
