Staff very welcoming and the hospital had the feel of a cottage hospital. Staff had time to be pleasant and, because we had some bad news, the nurse offered us tea and walked us to the car park. Wouldn't have happened elsewhere. I must say though, it is not an easy place to find!

Had day case surgery 11th august ward staff very attentive but special thanks to the theatre staff it really was like an episode of friends with extreme professionalism thrown in. 5 stars on trip advisor thanks to everyone I for one would pay more in tax to give these people the pay rise they rightly deserve.

Couldn't see me properly as not enough staff on - Tory cuts I'm guessing!!! Helpful team and lovely staff

Came in two times, once for myself, once with my mother-in-law. Both times, horrible waiting time, worst then Warrington, would not recommend at all, if at all possible avoid.
