As far as the hotel and rooms go all was ok.nBe careful as there is a £10 parking charge payable on arrival.nWe had lamb each in the restaurant however there was an extra £10 sirloin steak supplement charged. On questioning the manager he said they put this on as it takes longer to cook lamb! I stood my ground and demanded a refund. Eventually got it.nTwo ways of obtaining extra money!nBe careful
The room was beautiful and spacious, and room service was amazing. The food was so delicious . I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast is also available, and it was good. It has a beautiful seating area.
We had to get another room as the window didn't shut properly, the music coming from 2 floors below was so loud that it was impossible to sleep.nLuckily, we managed to get moved to a different floor and slept well.nGreat breakfast buffet.
Stayed for a wedding. Service was great and accommodating. Rooms were as expected in size and amenities. Location was near shopping center and some food. Breakfast bar should not be overlooked. All you can eat for that price serving eggs, sausage, ham, baked beans, fruit, and more.
Enjoyed our stay conveniently located to get to London. Room was a bit on the small side but clean, and the bed quite comfortable. Shame there was no ac as it was quite hot but they provided fans. So all in all a good stay.nLovely breakfast as well
