Customer Service standards are appalling! The staff are rude and don't seem to have any time to address your problem. There were no bank envelopes and nobody to assist on operating the machines. Parking was limited as well. 
If you can, avoid using this branch!

This is for perry barr branch only as halifax bank is good they have good service. But specially tbis branch has the worst customer service ever. Bank manager is not helpfull at all. Very apolling service

3 cash machines outside all not working lunchtime today.

I waited outside to use the cash machine. All 3 were out of order! I went inside and que was too long,
Crazy to go to a bank and be unable to get your money out.

The bank I am with, the staff are lovely and really interested to listen to any concerns or comments you may have! Collected my euros from there with a decent conversation that's not cheesy
