Unbelievable. I've tried to rectify a fault three times now all in branch. I ask a question and recieve either no answer or have my intelligence insulted. For a bank that deals with numbers all day you'd think they could understand that the 12th of a month is not the 14th. An absolute disgrace which will only be rectified when i switch banks

A nice modern store. Almost always busy. The cash counter is very very slow. Even when there is not a queue it is very slow.

I use Natwest also and they are at least 8 times faster at the counter in comparison. Not sure why they are so slow. They dont try to sell me anything when I get there - so logically it does not make sense. Whether its a training issue, Santander processes issue or something else I'm not sure.

Customer service is terrible, it took me nearly half an hour queuing just to get to the counter, staff don't rush or apologise for the wait.

Might be nice if you lent some thought to a functioning post box and not one filled with live electrical cables. Another bank who doesn't give a toss.
