Crowded a wait outside but good service and friendly staff

I share the views of lots of other people. I was completely shocked by the unprofessional way my application to change an account to joint account and POA registration was dealt with.

Wouldn't even help me verify documents needed for a mortgage application even though I'd banked with them for 30 years. Joke is on them as mortgage was due to be with Halifax, so took my business elsewhere

Customer service in that branch is a joke,  I had to laugh at the lack of professionalism in that branch but when I spoke to the manager I could see why.

Amazing staff here. Should be proud. Quality customer service

Provided incorrect information which led me to believe that I could open up a credit card. Advisor who apparently has worked there for 25 years was rude and insincere, also did not get the branch manager when requested. Do not recommend.

Amazing service I received today from one of the advisors at this branch. She was extremely helpful, patient and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Great customer service, much appreciated.

I have been treated with the upmost respect off the staff in the liverpool one branch not everyone is perfect but I'd like to say 9 times out of 10 it's been great customer service thanks for all your help
