Food took 35 minutes to come despite the pub being relatively quiet, we only ordered a burger and curry. Burger was burned around the edges and they somehow managed to burn the bun. Curry was over powering in taste,, for a chicken takeaway curry id strongly disagree on this. Fairly clean inside with a nice atmosphere
Very disappointed to say the least, come here a few times and this will be the last….. ordered a mixed grill and when it is priced at £23 you expect a decent meal and good quality….what i got presented with was far from this steak my dog would probably turn his nose up at a snotty egg, under cooked vegetables and generally poor quality, what can only be described as left overs from the weekend or so it seemed. Also never once got asked how our meal was nor when they took the plates away and the steak gammon and some veg was still on the plate did that even prompt them to ask….also steak was requested to be very well done and a good vet would probably bring it back to life Very very disappointed and will not be returning
Nice pub. Good for almost everything. Large carpark, clean inside, beer prices acceptable, TV in every corner with live football. I only been once but really enjoyed.
Had high hopes for this following a recommendation. Ordered the salt n pepper burger. Came unbelievably dry and not even the slightest amount of salt n pepper seasoning. Was just grilled chicken be fair.

Delightful interior, nice and clean, good disabled toilet facility .soup of the day delicious with fresh warm bread and butter.chicken hanging kebab superb overall very happy.the young lady that greeted us at the door was pleasant and although she was very busy we didn't wait long if we needed anything .so thank you kindly we will be back thank you
wanted something tasty and in great surroundings ended up at the halfway house. the best hunters chicken I have ever had. great atmosphere and fantastic service. I willbe back
Nice people, good menu, very reasonably priced. The best Caesar Salad I've had in a long time. Really enjoyed it!
Me & my friend went here for a meal I had garlic mushrooms absolutely fab would defo go with my husband next time the bar staff was good & service also.
Lovely pub, all the staff were awesome and friendly, the beer was great, food was very good. Defo call back again in the new year
