From booking an appointment, throughout the treatment and post care follow-up, the service was friendly yet professional. I had an amazing aqua3 facial done. Results were visible straight away and my skin carried on improving in the days following! I have had a brilliant experience from the get go. I've always struggled with sun damage and marks left over from products I've used on my face since my teens. The nu-derm Obagi products are amazing and after only 2 months of usage I have a very even skin tone. The practitioners were very thorough and explained the process at the initial consultation. They are always available to speak to for advice and reassurance. My only regret is that I hadn't come to black diamond aesthetics sooner! Highly recommend them.
From initial contact to receiving my treatment and aftercare, Black Diamond Aesthetics have looked after me perfectly. Nanu took time to understand my aesthetic goals and was honest with what could realistically be achieved. My initial results after 2 weeks were amazing and my follow up consultation went really well. I've had a fantastic experience with black diamond aesthetics. I've been struggling with pigmentation and sun damage for a few years now and they had the answer to my problems! The Obagi skin care regime was introduced to me and explained very thoroughly in my initial consultation. I only started on it when I was fully confident and comfortable with using the products. I am now nearly a month on into my routine and I have to say its the best decision I have ever made. My experince to date at Black Diamond Aesthetics has been amazing, and the team really have been great. I initially made an appointment to discuss what, if anything, could be done for my face where in the past few years I have developed patches of hyper-pigmentation. I have tried numerous off the shelf 'treatments' and nothing has given me the results I was after. Nanu took the time to listen to my concerns, to what I wanted and then took me through my options, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. After doing my own online research, I decided to go forward with a full skin care regime from the Obagi range. Nanu explained the process very well, and was on hand to answer my follow up questions. He has been checking in regularly to see how I'm getting on; it's been really reassuring to find a company who are focused on longer term outcomes for their patients. Only three weeks into using the products I am very pleased with the results, and am looking forward to seeing the full results in a couple of months!
Nurul is very professional friendly and an amazing practitioner who made me feel comfortable and talked me through all my treatment options explaining everything in lots of detail which made me feel at ease - despite me being quite nervous! Very happy with the results : would highly recommend! Lovely clinic setting too!
I've been to lot's of other aesthetics clinics and Mr Nanu Miah at Black Diamond was by far the best i've ever been to, he is very informative and knowledgeable and put me at ease, and i even got a goody bag to go home with! Highly recomend!
