I love this branch of Jewson and its staff. Helpful, friendly, and - most importantly - totally unpatronising of women unlike some neighbouring timber/builders merchant chains locally. Thank you for being so ace :
Waisted 15 minutes waiting to be served in an empty merchants. The 3 people behind the counter couldn't be bothered to stop chatting and help. Finally got serverd in the yard only to be told if i want planed timber without large knots missing from the corners that i should go next door to there competitors.. well well..poor show guys. Went to chirk Jewsons to find everything i needed and got served by helpful friendly people.
Best building yard in Shropshire. They seem to gave it all. Try these first and you wont be disappointed. Great banter with the people here to. Always a pleasure to visit.
