Sorry the review is late firstly.  I used this location for front discs and pads replacement. They gave my entire suspension a once over to compile a safety inspection at no extra cost. The team were polite and professional and there were no hidden extra charges from the quotation. The facility was very clean and by far the nicest waiting area in a fast fit type garage, with a great freshly ground coffee machine, comfy leather sofas, a wall mounted magazine rack that would give WH Smith a run for their money with all the reading material available, even a TV screen with CCTV of the ramps and work areas so you can view your vehicle progress in the warm. I would definitely use this garage again! My car had an electrical fault which couldn’t be fixed by the AA when I called them out. The AA recommended this garage as it was AA approved and delivered my car here for repair. I kept calling for updates and they were always happy to help and let me know what was going on with my car. They explained that they knew how to fix the car and needed to order a part, they actually went to pick up this part as the wait for it to be delivered was so long! When I picked my car up they were all so friendly. I would really recommend using this garage as they are all so helpful and go above and beyond! I am really grateful for their help and to get my car back on the road so quickly.Service:&nbsp;Electrical repair

Been going to Halfords for years and they were busy so booked an MOT here. They now have my custom going forwards. Excellent customer service, very friendly people working there and a of course extremely knowledgable. Easy to book also. Would highly recommend.

HONESTLY the biggest rip off merchants going. I went in with a door handle problem and needing an MOT and left with a door handle problem, and a broken window. Then a bill for near on £700, and them telling me I needed a part specially ordered from Mercedes. I’ve just got it fixed for a total of £180 somewhere else. Absolutely disgusted, if an older person went in with car problems they would rip them off too!!! Horrified.Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

Went in for an emergency look at my wheels and tyres and did it on the same day which you don't get much anywhere else. Did it with no charge at all. They are so great.

Excellent fast service, ordered 2 new tyres at 1pm and received a call to say they were in at 5pm. Fitted first thing in the morning, nice waiting area. Highly recommended.Service:&nbsp;Tires

They were able to look at my car brakes on the  afternoon of the day I phoned. Very efficient- explained what was needed. Lovely waiting area and facilities.

Lovely set of staff, past and present. Always a warm greeting and professional atmosphere over the course of 3 years of repairs and servicing on all of my vehicles.  Huge stock of tyres and new recent ramp area and parking bays add to the quality of service they provide. They have always finished any work on the same day for me, often within mere hours, on every vehicle i booked in.  Please keep up the amazing work you do for your customers.
