Very friendly and helpful staff. Just bought a used car and walked in with absolutely no clue of the type or sizes of everything I needed. I simply gave them my registration number and it was all sorted in minutes. Brilliant! Thank you.

Went to get my bike fixed very polite staff ryan was a polite man sorted out my bike very good, guy with chiped tooth disnt get his name was polite Rhys was nice to great price very happy customer will deffo come back ans recomend

I attended Basingstoke store yesterday after experiencing difficulties with a. Bicycle rack I purchased in Bracknell store the night before. I telephoned the store and spoke to Aaron who was so helpful. I popped down to the store and Aaron very kindly showed me how to reseat the item so it was working properly. He was so helpful, non patronising and really nice in offering advice. I am so impressed with his delightful manner and lovely attitude. Thank you so much!
