What a complete waste of time. I rang the Halfords Service desk as advised on their website. I was asked for the registration of my vehicle. This gave the service desk all the details they needed for the make and model of my vehicle. I requested a booking for a new headlamp bulb to be fitted at the Bromborough Croft Halfords and was assured that my appointment next day would be there and the Halfords guy could change my bulb. After speaking to the service desk I received a txt confirming my appointment but it was at the Ellesmere port Halfords which is a lot further away from my home. Not wanting to cause a fuss I stuck with this appointment. When I arrived at Ellesmere Port branch they new nothing of my appointment and after 1/2 hr of the young employee scratching his head and asking the advice of an older employee they decided they could not change the bulb it was far too difficult. So no I am not happy with Halfords and would never recommend anyone to use them.
Ryan went above and beyond to fit my sidelight and rear brake light. Both were extremely difficult and awkward to fit but Ryan remained professional and very helpful throughout. I would highly recommend this Halfords.
You know what you're getting with Halfords, not the cheapest but very convenient. Everything you need for push bikes or cars, even started supporting motorbikes. Need something urgent on a Sunday, no problem.
Ryan was very quick and efficient when fitting a new battery. Laura was also very professional managing the store.
I was pleased with the product I purchased, the price was right , and the staff very helpful , he even fitted them for me , to save me having to do it , and only charged £5 for doing it . Very good .
Iain fitted a radio in our motorhome, he was professional, polite and did an excellent job. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Iain and Halfords Ellesmere Port in the future
